The Professional Career Battery (PCB) helps accelerate and improve hiring by quickly identifying individuals who possess the profile critical for professional success in today’s demanding environment. The PCB can be used as part of a process for hiring new professionals or as a way to place current employees into new or existing professional roles.
Roles for which the PCB has been successfully validated and deployed include (but are not limited to) Project Managers, IT Professionals, HR Professionals, Engineers, Account Managers, Analysts, Accountants, Consultants, Writers, Editors, and Researchers.
The PCB incorporates three measurement categories:
- Making Effective Judgments and Decisions,
- Managing Self and Getting Along with Others,
- Demonstrating Personal Competence.
The assessment has a maximum time limit of 75 minutes but typically takes 35 – 40 minutes.
The PCB is appropriate for candidates applying for professional-level individual contributor positions regardless of functional specialty.
