This flexible Dealing With Conflict – Leader’s Guide enables a trainer to lead a workshop on conflict resolution styles by facilitating and interpreting the Dealing with Conflict instrument. Training can range from 2 hours to a full day according to your needs. There are individual modules on exploring conflict, understanding your style, which style to use, improving your conflict management, and advanced techniques for competition and collaboration.
The Instructors Guide includes power point slides for each of 5 training modules and there is a companion participant booklet also available.
Five separate modules include:

Module 2: Understanding Your Style…guides participants through completing and scoring the assessment and thinking about their scores.
Module 3: Which Style You Should Use?…discusses how to diagnose a conflict and use the optimal conflict management style.
Module 4: How Raise Your Conflict IQ…provides a framework for developing the components of conflict intelligence including factors like emotion, knowledge, extroversion and creativity.
Module 5: Advanced Techniques for Competition and Collaboration…contains a series of advanced skill building activities covering topics like building trust, collaboration in negotiating, listening strategies, anger management and creativity.
