The Work Style Lens ™ (WS-Lens) measures 16 work styles tied directly to the Department of Labor’s O*NET database of job description information.
It is an enhanced, updated version of the Workplace Personality Inventory – II. Work styles can be thought of as an individual’s typical patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that contribute to and influence job success. Each scale includes detailed anchors describing high and low scorers, to provide enhanced interpretability.
Scales are grouped into four broad, intuitive themes Relating to People, Dealing with Emotions, Approaching Work, and Thinking Styles.
Also included is a fake-resistant “Unlikely Virtues” scale designed to identify individuals who provide overly favorable responses to questions. It generates a Profile, Development and Profile + Development report.
