About the Test

This test battery has five parts (1) a 7 minute perceptual speed and accuracy test , (2) an untimed Accounting Math test that has 10 basic arithmetic problems that involve use of decimals, percentages, and fractions, and another 10 questions that use the same math skills in word problems, (3) 20 questions that assess EXCEL proficiency, (4) a 129 question personality inventory, and (5) a 44 item untimed aptitude test that covers verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and abstract reasoning. This test could easily take two hours although it will vary from person to person because most of it is untimed.

This assessment includes many of the dimensions also found in the Comprehensive test version, but has:

• A shorter set of personality trait measures
• An untimed test of Basic Accounting Math
• No General Cognitive Test, Excel Proficiency Test, or Perceptual Speed & Accuracy Test.
