This test measures written communication skills. Specifically assessed is a candidate’s tendency to write in a clear and focused manner. This includes providing specific details and well-developed support for statements, using a consistent voice, concise word choice, and varied sentence structure. Scores are provided for a candidate’s organizational skills, the appropriateness of his/her message, as well as the correct use of grammar and mechanics. Percentiles scores are based on a normative sample of managerial level incumbents. As such, this test is recommended for use with managerial level candidates.
