The Interpersonal Skills Test is web-based and can be administered on-site or remotely.

Validation
Validation helps to ensure the tests you select skills that are critical to success on the job. This process makes the information you gain from testing more relevant for your business. Proper test validation can aid in mitigating questions or challenges regarding the appropriateness of tests.
The test validation process involves testing a small number of internal subject matter experts who perform similar tasks to the position you are testing for. When these internal experts complete the test(s), they provide feedback to ensure the test content relates to the skills and abilities required for the position. Test validators are also asked to recommend a pass/fail cutoff score for candidates.
Our test validation process is designed to be consistent with HR best practices as outlined in the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures (UGESP) section 14(c) on content validity and 15(c) on content validity reporting.
