The Occupational Personality Questionnaire – Managerial/Professional Selection (OPQ32r) provides an indication of an individual’s perception of their preferred behavioral style at work and likely performance against important job competencies. It is designed specifically for use in a business environment and assesses 32 specific personality characteristics.
OPQ32r-Managerial/Professional Selection includes three reports designed to support the process of matching individuals to a job and organization. The Manager Plus report helps managers make selection decisions based on an individual’s likely performance on key job competencies with clear and to the point statements on their preferred behavior at work. The Team Selection report outlines the individual’s strengths and weaknesses when working in a team environment, and the Candidate report gives individuals a view of their personal style at work.
