The report is informative and developmental–rather than evaluative–so it can be shared with candidates as well as hiring managers.
When To Use It:The Leadership Potential test should be used to hire or place workers who possess traits that the most successful managers have, such as confidence, stress tolerance, work ethic and strong and persuasive interpersonal communication abilities.
About This Test: The Leadership Potential Test for Managers will take most individuals 20 – 30 minutes to complete. This test includes a set of personality dimensions assessing important and functional traits for leader roles across a variety of job industries and settings.
Target Group: We recommend using this test when selecting, placing or promoting future managers at any level of the organizational structure.
