About the Test
The Construction Manager test is untimed but should take about 2 hours to complete. This test battery has five parts:
- 20-minute mechanical reasoning test
- 7-minute 3-D reasoning test
- 153-question untimed personality inventory
- 44 item untimed test of mental ability (equally divided among verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning questions)
- 35 open-ended statements to which the candidate must type in short answers
What the Report Gives You

Testing Process
