The HEPR assessment helps identify job applicants who are most likely to become productive healthcare workers.
HEPR Scales
Conscientiousness. Effectively handling details, being well organized, not giving up when solving difficult problems, and avoiding procrastination.
Reliability. Being trusted by others and observing organizational rules.
Punctuality. Being on time for work and meeting deadlines.
Responsibility. Respecting authority, having a low tolerance for error, and not finding enjoyment in “beating the system.”
Consistency. Maintaining consistent performance and attitude.
Service Relations Supplement (Sold Separately)
Helps evaluate attitudes and behaviors closely associated with high levels of service to patients and co-workers.
It helps measure:
Valuing of interpersonal relationships. Enjoyment from working with others, including patients and co-workers.
Self-restraint. Exercising discretion and maintaining self-control when dealing with difficult situations.
Enjoyment of helping others. Satisfaction of assisting patients and/or co-workers, which creates a desire to continue to assist others.
Optimism. Expecting positive outcomes or focusing on the most positive aspects of a situation.

Normative data is based on relevant groups.
Validation Studies
Validation studies have been conducted on the HEPR assessment and are available upon request.
Reports
HEPR report includes individual scale scores and Significant Behavioral Indicators—a narrative list to help pinpoint areas for further investigation. In addition, interview questions corresponding to an applicant’s specific responses are provided.
