Franchisee Personality Profile

The Franchisee Personality Profile (FPP) is an online screening assessment designed to evaluate how well a prospective buyer’s personality, attitudes, and management skills match the ideal profile for running a successful franchise. Taking an average of 35 minutes to complete, this situational self-report inventory measures vital traits—such as leadership, self-efficacy, and risk-taking—across four specialized industry versions. Fully ATS compatible and compliant with APA and EEOC standards, it compares results directly against established corporate benchmarks to generate an immediate online profile, complete with tailored interview prompts and a fraud-detecting “Impression Management” metric.
