Versions:

1. Child Care Worker / Youth Group Leader – Personality Only (20 Min.) – A job-specific behavioral screener created for workers in education and daycare settings consisting of an untimed personality assessment targeting behaviors specific to this type of job.
2. Child Care Worker / Youth Group Leader – Core (35-40 Min.) – A personality + aptitude pre-hire screener created for childcare employees consisting of  an untimed personality assessment targeting behaviors specific to this type of job and a timed General Reasoning test.
3. Child Care Worker / Youth Group Leader – Core+ (60 Min. or less) – A comprehensive, in-depth screener created for candidates tasked with childcare in a variety of environments, consisting of a  untimed personality assessment targeting behaviors specific to this role, a timed General Reasoning test, and an untimed, unscored set of open-ended statements to which the candidate must type short answers (evaluates work values and attitudes as well as grammar and spelling skills).

Target Group: We recommend using these tests for the positions of Child Care Worker / Youth Group Leader, Childcare Worker, Childcare Assistant, Childcare Aide, Assistant Teacher, Early Childhood Educator, Early Childhood Teacher, Daycare Worker, Daycare Teacher, Nanny, In‑Home Child Care Provider, After‑School Program Leader, Scout Leader, and other roles in child-centered environments.

Testing Process: Immediate score report upon completion.  Proctoring desirable but not required.  The use of mobile phones is discouraged.

Options: Add a Career Development Report.  For an additional $10, add our Career Development Report (CDR). This feedback report is suitable to share with your candidate.

What the Test Report Gives You: Graphical display of scores (see chart), list of strengths and developmental concerns, and suggested interview questions.
