Purpose: The Construction Crew Team Leader Test is useful for screening candidates who will be responsible for managing and coordinating the work of a construction team.

When To Use It: This Crew Leader Test should be used to find quality-minded, collaborative employees who can effectively problem solve while meeting timelines in a safe and organized way. The most successful candidates will possess solid interpersonal skills when dealing with employees, customers and suppliers, especially when tasked with training, conflict resolution or site-related issues.

About This Test: This test will take most candidates approximately 20 minutes. It consists of 2 parts:

  • An untimed personality assessment
  • A 5-minute timed 3D Spatial Reasoning Test

What the Report Gives You: A graphical display of personality trait scores, feedback regarding strengths and developmental concerns, explanation of aptitude results and suggested interview questions.

Testing Process:

  • Immediate score report upon completion.
  • Proctoring desirable but not required.
  • The use of mobile phones is discouraged.
