The Accounts Payable Test measures a candidate’s knowledge and skill level in processing receivables, paying and coding invoices, calculating purchase discounts and sales tax, expense report reimbursements, verifying and authorizing payment vouchers, general ledger entries and adjustments, and account postings. Some items will require the candidate to perform mathematical calculations. A basic 4-function calculator may be used to perform these calculations.
