The Employee Screening Questionnaire 2 (ESQ2) is a 15-minute, personality-based pre-employment test designed to evaluate an applicant’s conscientiousness, integrity, and long-term job commitment.  This 27-question assessment uses an innovative “forced-choice” format—where applicants must choose between statements that are equally desirable—making it exceptionally resistant to “faking good” and up to two times more powerful at predicting future work behaviors than traditional transparent measures.  Available in both online and paper formats, it screens for a wide range of positive and counterproductive habits using a massive validation norm group of 98,000 applicants.  (Note: This particular assessment is not designated as legal for use in Canada).
