David has been great to work with, he puts in extra effort to make sure you get the aptitude tests best suited for your applicants. My time put into testing has been diminished by at least half the time. Applicant’s can test on a computer the day they fill out their application. I do not have to do any grading; a report is sent to me as soon as their test is completed. David is always sure to check in with me periodically to see if I need anything. Our testing cost also diminished by at least half. I was very hesitant at first switching to online testing but after he explained everything so well, I decided to give it a chance. I couldn’t be happier with the results. It pays to have someone with such knowledge help you to be able to find the best applicants.
