The Earning Capacity Assessment Form™-2nd Edition (ECAF-2) is a paper-based, hand-scored evaluation tool designed to standardize, objectify, and guide the process of estimating an individual’s future loss of earning capacity following an injury or accident. Taking less than 30 minutes for an examiner to complete outside of active clinical time, this 14-item rating form helps vocational rehabilitation professionals systematically weigh the factors that either help or hinder a client’s occupational recovery. Because it is a B-Level product, buyers must submit a User Qualification Form before purchasing.
