The Computer Support Specialist Job Match assessment provides a quick, easy and highly reliable means of measuring the fit, or match of an individual’s competencies and potential, with the specific competency set required for a particular job. The assessment uses the results from the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) to present a ‘fit score’ for a specific job. This score gives you an overall view of an individuals’ fit to a specific job, and can be used for both selection and development scenarios. We have done the job analysis and competency specification for the computer programmer job and have tailored the assessment to best predict the competencies required in the job definition.
