The Technical Test Battery (TTB) is a series of tests designed to be particularly suitable for the selection and development of individuals in technically or practically oriented jobs. These tests are most suitable for people with basic to good GCSE’s or equivalent. Four of the tests within the TTB have parallel tests available. The Technical Test Battery (TTB), containing four cognitive assessments for technical professionals, technicians, mechanics and skilled machine operators, helps you make better selection and development decisions. Use one or more to gather invaluable information that can tell you if the individual has the numerical, visual estimation, mechanical or spatial skills necessary to succeed. Professionally developed and trusted by major corporations worldwide for over twenty years.

The tests are powerful, complementary tools to work styles assessment and a structured interview.

  • Increase the probability that you select the right people.
  • Reduce your costs by making the entire hiring process more efficient.
  • Identify hidden reasons for weak performance.
