Home Health Nurse Test

Purpose: This assessment helps you identify nurses who can operate independently and have the confidence to make decisions on their own, who are customer oriented, interpersonally sensitive and empathetic, caring and nurturing, cheerful and positive, hard working, flexible, and dependable.

About the Test: This test consists of a 155 question personality inventory - no aptitude. This test takes about an hour although it will vary from person to person because it is untimed. Note: If you want to include aptitude, please look at our “Nurse” or “Physician / Nurse Practitioner” assessments.

What the Report Gives You: Graphical display of scores, explanation of aptitude results, list of Strengths and Developmental Concerns, and Suggested Interview Questions.

Testing Process: Online testing provides immediate reporting. Proctoring is desirable but not required.
